other business improvement initiatives?
Your past experiences and skills can be used to help you fast
track your Competitive Manufacturing qualification.
RPL addresses the imbalance between
people who have a 'formal qualification' and those who
have experience: both are equally good at what they do. RPL
enables people who have these skills, to get the
qualification.
Our system allows you to upload your evidence
and get assessed in accordance with
Nationally Recognised Training Standards.

Our online
RPL costs can be offset by subsidies to your employer
from your Industry Training Organisation (ITO). These
are often equal to, or higher than our charges meaning
that the total costs for your qualification can be
"zero", or your employer may even be eligible for a
"surplus"
Once you
have completed the Enrolment Form, an Improve Group
representative will be in contact with you to organise
payment.
Before you
receive your user name and password to access
Improve Online you will
need to demonstrate evidence of your ID.
