2009 Improve Group Annual Awards announced

New Zealand's star shone brightly last Friday 18 December when the annual Improve Group Awards were announced with Auckland based coach Nilesh Pandit winning the prestigious "Coach of the Year" award.

Nilesh has had an outstanding year bringing on board many new clients to the group and helping grow the business substantially in the north island.

In summarising the Nilesh's attributes, Managing Director Bob Carter explained "this coach exemplifies the ideal coach with an all-round approach including business development, networking with industry bodies and influencers, ability to leverage lean concepts into other areas – R&D, lean office, distribution, quality, supply chain, IQR, etc. He has sustained quality, sustained all-round improvement in coaching capabilities, client satisfaction and consequently secured the future potential for the organisation.”.

Congratulations Nilesh from everyone at The Improve Group.
